Lexus previews UX SUVs

Toyota's luxury brand Lexus has released photos and videos of UX SUVs. It will be presented to the world on March 6 in Geneva Motor Show-2012. In the international market, it will be the entry-level luxury SUV of the company. It will compete with Mercedes-Benz GLA , BMW X1 , Audi Q3 and Volvo XC40 .

Seeing the photos and videos released by the company can be guessed about how its production model can be. Mash grill has been given forward in this. Stylish taillamps are provided on both sides of the grill. On the rear side will come sparring LED telellumps, which will be spread from one part to the other.

The Lexus UX cabin is also quite strong. Horizontal implantation system has been given in this. The design of the instrument cluster is inspired by Lexus LS .

The company says that the UX SUV has been developed on the new platform. At the same time we believe that it has been built on Toyota's New Global Architecture (TNGA) platform.

The company has not shared information related to the engine yet. It is being speculated that the new 2.0 liter Toyota Hybrid System (THS-2) can be given in this. This hybrid system is designed specifically for cars that are made on TNGA platforms. Its power will be 145 PS and torque 180 nm. For off-roading, the company will provide a new all-wheel-drive system.
