Porsche has announced that it will also launch electric cars in India's car market. The company's first car in the international market will come by 2019, the company will launch electric cars in India by 2020.
According to Porsche India director Pawan Shetty, it is a part of Mission E of the company. Under Mission E, all cars of the company have to be introduced in the electric range by the year 2030.
It is being speculated that Porsche's first electric car could have a base at Mission E Concept. Mission E Concept was presented to the world in Frankfurt Motor Show-2015. Some time ago, the pictures attached were leaked, on the basis of which it can be said that there will be a long bonnet and sloping roofline. Compared to the concept, it has given convention headlamps instead of Matrix LED headlights. The design of front fender and telelamps is similar to the concept. If you look in the side part, there is a change in the door.
It is being speculated that the concept engine can be given in its production model. There will be two electric motor in it. One of these will be on the front side, while in the second rear axle. Their combined power will be 600 ps. According to the company, this car will get a speed of 0 to 96 kmph in 3.5 seconds. In a single charge, it will travel about 480 km
Porsche is also working on Kayan 's third generation this year. New Qian will be launched in India in the third quarter of 2018. There are discussions that the new Kean will only come in petrol engine. It is being speculated that in the coming time, the company can also offer its plug-in hybrid version.
